We have all talked alot about the coupling point and its movement through impact. BU what about its movement at the beginning of the backswing, especially as part of the wrist set.

I struggle big time with a poor/insufficient wrist set. Recently I began to experiment with a pushing down of the left hand to make it easier for the right hand to pull up. When doing this, it made me think about the coupling point.

The jury is still out as to whether this works better for me. What do you guys think?
