if you are standing straight up imagine a line running through the center of your body, now when you take your second axis tilt at address, would your hips still be centered or would they move slightly forward and the shoulders back, or would the second axis tilt only affect the position from the waiste up?

Is this secondary axis tilt?

I always understood secondary axis tilt to be additional upper body tilt associated with forward movement of hip during DOWNSWING.

The tilt that you ask about - at address - is that not primary tilt??

I think that tilt at address is an upper body movement mainly but probably has small tilt of hips to accomodate it.
