Am I a "flipper?"

How do I know? I don't know how to tell if I am a flipper or not.

Also, I must not quite understand the concept (I own Brian's video) because it feels like I am blocking or chickin' winging when I try not to flip.

My misses are generally left with a hook or draw -

Problems with low point control with irons is one way to know. Hit fat shoots? Hit thin shots? Deep divots? No divots?

Otherwise take a face-on video and post it up, we can tell from that.

Does your right wrist remain bent and your left wrist flat? But as mentioned before, take a straight-on video. If the clubhead passes the hands before both arms are fully extended...you're flipping.

Full roll ("Wedding ring up") to get rid of Chicken Wing!

Full rolling the flat or arched left wrist will get your left elbow pointing downward, the opposite of a chicken wing. (left elbow rising)

Do it properly WITH the Twistaway and the pivot Brian describes in the video (flat shoulder turn, flat sharp turn of right hip) and you cannot flip OR slice!

It is great "training"...and possibly the start of a good draw swing/way to hit a draw.

(with those or some of those components)

Add "Flipper" (COFF Video) drills in for more "training"...
