Another "flipper" review

I'll be brief since many people have already said what they have to say about this video. First, I was very happy to have confirmation that what I've been working on lately has been on the right track. I've been to Carmel to see Ben a number of times now, and after reviewing some of my lessons with Ben on video, I've finally started to get it. I don't know why it took so long, but it did. Anyway, perhaps because I've already been starting to get it, or perhaps it is because of Brian's teaching style, but his video was very easy to understand and, if you're a flipper, he makes it very easily understood what you need to do to start hitting the ball with a flat left wrist. I'm ashamed that I waited so long to spend the $9.95 for this video. I watched his video today then went out to the school yard with my shag bag. For the FIRST TIME EVER I had a sense of what each hand's individual role was. I had CLUBHEAD lag against the #3 pressure point - clubhead control, AND a rolling, flat left wrist through impact (clubface control) ... and beyond impact! I'm as happy as can be with spending the $9.95. I feel like I stole it.

Incubation period maybe there man. Homer talks about "The Computer" in the back of the book.

I have to concur Brian with Jimmy, I visit many of the TGM sites (Lynn's and Chuck's mostly) and i have the utmost respect for both of them and have learned from both, but you are the King as far as being able to translate and focus Homer's findings into workable images and teachings. Thank you VERY much and please keep it up.

I have to talk about this again. :) It's really exciting to actually feel the lagging sweetspot when I transition to the downswing. That's something I have never had before until yesterday, and it was really frustrating. I think what really helped with that is the part where you talked about going back with some force in order to have something to stress the shaft against when you transition forward. I don't feel like I'm pivoting back any faster or harder, but I have a sense of what it is now that I'm going to stress the shaft against when I transition forward. It's almost automatic now for the chip/pitch/punch shots. It isn't quite as natural for the full swing yet, but the egg is hatching, baby! :)
