Sup guys ! Found another piece to the puzzle of the swing today.
These 8 months ive been playing the game ive always tried to use my legs and feet in a aggressive manner.
My feet slip a lot and i finish off balance with my driver often from trying to more or less muscle the ball.
So Today while hitting a layup shot that i hit pure i noticed my legs and feet were really quiet and loose.
Next tee box i use the same feeling of light on my feet and loose thighs and legs and i hit the best drive of my life. What i usually feel is my legs tense and forceful like i am going to kick a door in . My mind connected force with speed and power..
Just wanted to share this in case there's someone else out there who was using there legs like i was..
Also when the legs and feet are light the transition was super smooth..
Almost felt like the club was swinging me !
Kinda makes sense , if your leg muscles are flexing and your trying to use them in a aggressive manner its going to pass that tension up to other parts of your body therefore your swing is not going to be as relaxed and smooth..
Anyone else ever noticed this?
