Here is what I think I do. I have always taken in back inside and been pretty flat at the top, I think because I have never been able to axis tilt properly and start the right shoulder off in the right direction, so I need to put it the right shoulder low to accomodate my roundhouse, and then I try bend my plane line back to the right as I approach impact, hence the high off-plane club position in the follow through.
Lately (after this video) I have been trying to work on my axis tilt and get the right shoulder going downplane from to top...with some good results. But when I take it back too far inside like before and try to axis tilt properly, I block the heck out of it or hit duck hooks off the table.
