Anyone hooking from SD?

Still working out the kinks. Getting some nice draws but some hooks as well, mostly longer clubs. Driver is really hit and miss right now. Hitting it decent but not great length I think because of the lower ball flight. I wonder what the first thing to check is if hooks appear? And how can you hit a higher draw?

your face is too closed for the path you are swinging on and/or ball position too far foward FOR THIS PATTERN.
