Make sure when you drop and pivot, you need to make sure you give the club enough time to drop ENOUGH so you aren't above plane and pull it. Stay in your tilt.

How do you know when to pivot? Do you pivot with your left hip or right or stomach? I read you have to catch it with your pivot. hands drop first then whats in your mind?

I couldn't co-ordinate this one for a period a while ago.....it just wouldn't feel natural or "synced" or smooth at all. All I could do is PULL from the top of the swing. Now "the drop" move is pretty easy.

For me what has worked:

1. Drop........

........then......

2. One of these:

-"left shoulder up"
-"shake the sugar"
-simply- "hit it" (with both hands)

For me if I simply do this it naturally drops down the TSP...........but then there's the Machoman Randy Savage Version.............that being The Elbow Drop (down the Elbow Plane) of course.....

;)

Other ideas for #2:

-fire hips
-pivot
-shoot the marble outta the tube (this is Brian's from COFFlipper)
-etc. (Brian will have about 9000 surely)

Not sure if there are any drills or if it is mostly images/feels.
