Axis Tilt and Shoulder Downplane

How is it best to 'feel' a correct transition movement to get the right shoulder downplane?

I feel as if I bump my left hip up and to right field and at the same time drive down with the plam of my right hand. Is this called cross line?

I really feel the club come from the inside if I do this right and keep my head behind the ball but I am very inconsistent with it? Is this a good move and are there any drills/movements that can help with it?
