Axis tilt and the base of the spine?

Brian: You said something about the base of the spine not only moving towards the target but also behind in the downswing. Can you go into this?

No probs Brian. i have been working on it . The base of the spine seems to work parallel left then back or should it be at a slight diagonal straight away? Either way my balance is better since I have been working on it and I have been keeping my spine angle.

To really tillt and stay tilted, it is quite important.

Simply: The Talibone goes LEFT and BACK from the top.
