Back foot slipping on DS

I notice my right foot slipping back toward the heel sometimes on the downswing. It usually happens when I stop at the range in my tennis shoes (hitting off mats), and sometimes on the course when its wet.

Could this be a symptom of an incorrect weight shift, or maybe swinging too hard. I'm 47 and not real flexible anymore. When I try to keep both feet on the ground longer, I tend to hit the ball too high (flip).

I feel like I get the majority of my weight on the left leg BEFORE powering through. Should I try to swing down WHILE shifting left or maybe I need more rotation????

Thanks,
Ben

Occasionally, I will do the same thing. FWIW, Greg Norman did this before his Butch Harmon days. I hope someone else chimes in, I don't know if this is a 'problem' or not.
