I bought one of those Flip video recorders (great btw) and have been looking at my swing. In particular my backswing. It looks like I "stand up" in the backswing causing my right leg to straighten. It does not look very powerful or coiled at all.
I was at the gym and I put a pole behind my back on my shoulder blades and practiced turning and I noticed that my right leg stayed flexed. The move felt like I was trying to touch my toes with my left shoulder. Felt more powerful.
I would like to take that move over to my real swing but having a hard time. Any suggestions?
Here is a front on clip that you can kind of see the stand up.

More obvious filmed from behind
I also just looked at the Hogan pix in the "pull back" thread. No way am I doing any of that. How can I start??
