Bonds appears to have incredible Bathead Lag!!!
Looks like a flat left/ bent right wrist and a flying wedge with pivot.
Perhaps TGM applies to baseball????

I'm teaching my son how to hit, every batting guru in the country will tell you, nobody swings a bat as well as Bonds. His shoulder turn and hands thru the hitting area is unlike any other player. Too bad he is a jerk.
