bent right wrist

Digger:

As Homer said, feel like the right wrist never releases....although most will have the right wrist flatten after separation or at both arms straight, if one swivels the right hand palm down to the plane after both arms straight, the right wrist could stay bent all the way into the finish.

Sooo, until both arms straight would be good, strive to never feel the bent right arm flatten, and that will help ensure that at least through separation or both arms straight, you continue to feel the drive of PP#1 and Lag Pressure of PP#3, down, out and forward!

Until both arms straight
Some players hold it right through to the finish but end of followthrough (both arms straight) is a must.

I have just seen this book in the bookshop

http://books.kelkoo.co.uk/b/a/cpc_5....html?kpartnerid=8906144&popup=no&popunder=no

The author "Nick Bradley" a Tour coach who says he is the most innovative golf coach in the world recommends his "Puck" release where you flip the right wrist as you go through the ball getting it nice and flat. He says this adds power and snap to the strike and helps you hit it straight. He says this is one of the 7 secrets pros do:D

I know a pro that filmed the pro's hands (through the impact area) at a major championship. All the tour players he filmed, and it was many, had the flat left/bent right condition at impact, and most sustained it pretty well. The only ones that did not look as good were some of the club pros in the event(P.G.A. Championship).
