According to Ebay item, he is an authorized TGM instructor. I didn't think that was true. Additionally, whatever happened to him?

I have all of his videos and they are excellent---lots of TGM, but no references to the book. My understanding, per a question I asked a year or so ago on Lynn's site, was that he WAS TGM trained but never took the tests, and is now retired.
