bounce the ball

i recently re-watched episode 8 of the brian manzella golf show on youtube (seen as all the videos from the forum have been removed for some reason:() where brian talks about kinetic chain and clearing the left side.

he shows his bounce the ball drill were you throw a ball in your right hand along the target line as hard as you can.

he also says you can alter this depending on the persons swing. if someone swings too far to the right, should they try to throw the bal dead straight or slightly left. my thoughts are if you start throwing the ball left, when you get a club in your hands and try to replicate the feeling, you will get steep and start gauging the shot and hitting pulls. havnt seen the manzella live about the D plane and how bad too much forward lean can be, but this could also be a problem.

any thoughts?
