I just saw Brandel Chamblee promote this new device on the Golf Channel. Despite its association with Brandel, I think this one might have a lot of potential! What do y'all think? Might be very effective at getting maximum hip rotation by impact, like all the pros do.

Oh yeah, one other thing: there are perfect down-the-line (9:40 in) and face on (6:40 in) videos of Brandel's swing in the video above. Somebody needs to break those videos down and show us how Brandel's perfect grip, grip pressure, stance, posture, ball position, tempo, rhythm and waggle result in a flawless swing motion. :)

I took an old iron that I broke around a tree branch, cut the shaft/grip section to about 27", sanded the shaft so as not to cut myself and it does the same thing.

I do it with a club. Its amazing how they sell stuff you can just make on your own.

Kevin, my motto: don't try and invent/sell stuff that any able bodied fellow can make in his kitchen or garage in five minutes. While this gizmo has merit and provides great feedback anyone can make a similarly effective tool "in five minutes." A club pro stopped by the TS booth at the PGA Show and gave me a similar gizmo. It was a plastic clip and wooden stick and fit neatly on your belt. It worked great.

Yeah, or charge $60+S&H for said gizmo that could be made in the garage in 5 minutes.
