In his tape, he teaches a 4 barrel swinging procedure, but calls himself a hitter, both on the tape and on the forum because he employs right arm thrust. His articles and posts preach straight line delivery path of hands , which is swinging. And his article with the 2 divergent forces, ala frisbee throw looks like swinging. The tape shows centrifugal force throwout, and also right arm thrust at the same time. This is from memory. Don't have the tape with me since I am away from home.

Thanks to Yoda and 6b, I learned right arm thrust is NOT to be used with swinging and centrifugal force. I have been tying to learn hitting to improve my swinging by feeling the differcnes in pressure point usage and application. Now I thinik I may switch over to hitting and learn that.

Big debate. It’s a case of “seems reasonable.” Doyle teaches a four barrel swing but some feel it really isn't one -that it is not possible. Yoda has made it clear that a Swing stroke needs centrifugal force to release the hands and horizontal hinge and that the right arm push is necessary to Hit. If you push, you prevent CF to occur. No CF, no swing stroke.
The Hit stroke is a four barrel stroke since all four accumulators come into play.

As I said, big debate- many feel you can four barrel swing, After talking with Yoda, I can’t see how. You can alter the four barrel hit stroke by swinging the right arm, its listed , 7-19, but may cause pain to the arm.

Homer changed his ideas on the four barrel swing throughout the editions from its- hard to do, to not possible at all (Yoda’s argument). The history of the editions is remarkable. Seems that several of the first AIs contributed swing patterns into the early edition, only to be removed as Homer learned more about the Machine himself. Ben’s four barrel swing is one of them.

I would have thought by now, after all the debate, that everyone understood there is no such thing as 4-barrel swinging. Yoda has even vowed that he won't say another word about it.

Right arm thrust would not be compatible with CF...right arm is like a shortcut...the straightline through the CF circle...can only disrupt clubhead as a swinger....i think. lol!

Well you aren't Yoda, not by a longshot. Perhaps you could write an exhaustive list of topics we aren't allowed and allowed to talk about.

That's why I mentioned Yoda's refusal to participate any longer in the dead topic of 4-barrel swinging, rather than just my own. It's like debating the flat earth theory or the existence of unicorns.
