Brian and others: what tricks do you have for those whose heads refuse to move behind the ball/surge ahead of the ball on the downswing?

Alex Morrison's trick of turning the chin away from the target as you start down helps this quite a bit

Brian said once to turn your nose over the right knee on the backswing and still have it there at impact. This has helped me a lot.
