Its very dispointing the lack of information and methods the PGA Have been using to teach us Trainee's

Where abouts in Melboure are you based?
and do you have access to a TRACKMAN?

The deal in Australia is much like in America: The PGA filters all the information you recieve and only if you go and seek out from the best(like I did along with Brian and the other guys will you learn the 'good stuff'). I have conducted a few PGA talks a while ago. Over the last couple of years I offered to grade the trainee teaching assignments and they gave the job to a club pro not a full time instructor. The teaching presenters at your school classroom weeks are club pros or have such a limited opinion based knowledge that it is crazy. Keep searching and you will find more great information on this site than you can possibly imagine.

interesting that you say that about the teaching assignments. Last year i sat my exam in which i was given a credit for but i knew every answer for every question??? i've grown up with a golf machine instuctor for father and when i asked for the test to be sent back to me they said that they would not how are you suppose to learn if you dont know what mistake you have made if any?? Then i recieved a distintion for club tec in which i only knew about 50% of the answers
