So how did the lessons go??

Trying to get my old body to adapt to Brian's instruction was significantly more challenging than I thought it would be, given the amount of video I watched and posts I read. I stretched the hour lesson over two days. First day oriented to the backswing...preparing for the "run-up" to the left leg, covering, etc. The second day more on downswing transition and trying to grasp how the left shoulder works up and away from the ball ("throwing the drunk off your back") at contact. I left with a greater capacity to translate into physical action what I understood intellectually before and with an improved understanding of the dynamics for why it works! Brian pulls out all of the stops in getting you to experience the swing!
