Brian, pitch vs punch elbow....explanation?

I have always wondered what the difference between these two are. Can you, or someone knowledgable in the subject, explain the difference to me.

"Pitch" or "Punch" elbow referes to the location of the trailing elbow at Release. The location of the "Punch" elbow is at the side of the torso/hip; the "Pitch" elbow is in front of the torso/hip. These definitions apply whether the elbow is actually touching the body or not.
