BRIAN: Your Plane Board

Not sure if you ever answered this in the past...regarding your Blue Plane Board (aka Tackling Dummy), would you be kind enough to share how it is made? It seems as though the blue outside maybe slightly padded with some foam, with a firm base (PVC or Plastic on the inside)??

I don't know what Brian's are, but I've seen similar pads in x-ray departments, and rehab clinics.

PLANE BOARD

It was made for me at an upholstery shop.

It has a one inch lip on top, and is on about a 7-iron standard plane angle.

They should charge you under $100

When I can figure out how to get them made cheaper, I 'll sell 'em.
