Brian's 100-word Pivot description and S.S. meters don't lie

I've been working on the downswing pivot/transition alot this year and have been a little lost trying different things with the hips...push with right foot, spin them open as fast as possible without thought of how, straighten left leg and others I can't think of right now. Now as far as my swing speed, for some reason I never swing as fast without the ball as with it and without the ball it's usually around 90 to 95 which at the range with balls goes to 97 to 103 or thereabouts. Not a long hitter but hey, it's all I got. Well tonight I read Brians simple short pivot thoughts and go out to the yard with no balls and get 92,97,96,101,98,102,101,104 and I stopped before I hurt my back:)
Man if I jump 5 m.p.h. with a ball I'm about to see parts of the course I've never been with my driver. On the downswing I just thought of "falling" a bit forward while leaving the arms back and then pushing into the ground hard with the left foot and straightening the left leg. Hope it's not a fluke.

You'd be surprised how much swing speed you can "find" with a correct pivot.

EVERYONE PLEASE THIS BELOW AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED TO UNTIL IT SINKS IN:

The more in-efficient your pivot is the more you will CAST the club and LOSE SWING SPEEED. The more efficient your pivot the more you can STORE your ACCUMULATORS and CREATE SPEED.

This is where the EFFORTLESS SPEED AND POWER COMES FROM. I will try and do a video this weekend to help explain.
