Bubba Watson donates $50,000 for Japan

I remember reading someone on this forum criticizing Bubba for acting too care-free during his consolation match at the Match Play. Hopefully this will change his impression of him.

The article doesn't really say much about other players getting involved, but $1000 a birdie seems like peanuts to these guys for as much as they play for. I'd think more guys would make it a point to donate. Hell, KJ threw down $100,000 alone. With donations like that I'd feel like an ass for not kicking in at least $1000 a birdie, if it were me playing.

The other thing I noticed was that this isn't Bubba's first donation. He chipped in for Haiti back when he was making much, much less money.
