Building blocks question.......

Watched building blocks over the weekend............

With the pitch/punch drill I hit a few shots after doing the schtoore ;) , schtoore and tilt, schtoore and tilt and throwout drills........

It made my downswing immediately feel like it began down with a feeling like atwistaway and at impactmy arms felt like they were twisting around a flat left wrist...... I sort of hurt in a "new muscles" used way.

Also hit a few shanks doing it :D ( I know why though ;) )

Is this a common feeling.....

Lagging it more but releasing with a "rolling action" around a FLW?

Just wanted to know if this was the right sort of feeling. It's good feeling these different patterns and looking forward to Brian and myself finding "my" one......

(Just need to work out how to use new dig cam and will have video to you this week Brian, down to scratch via the internet :D )
