Brian,
First off, thanks and congratulations on another masterpiece. Give me a few days for a full review. I am currently gathering up superlatives. Immediately after my 5 year old memorizes John 3:16, i will place him in front of the tube and make him memorize waggle, waggle, tap, tap, forward press, go.
Question, after you go to your forward press, what moves back first? Do you take it back beginning with the hips, or let the arms pull em back? Another question: Never having done a forward press, the initial move back to center or even to the right leg FEELS like a huge sway. Do others doing this for the first time comment on the sway feel?
You da man.
