Can anyone help me prevent from getting so steep in transition?

I know that I back out of the shot and flip at it.

I've used COFF and NHA videos (thought I was hooking because of path, but I believe now it's face angle).

Lots of pushes, toe-hooks, thin shots.

Chest into the arm in transition will help you lay it off.
