Can't hear anything!!

I can't hear anything(no sound at all) on these video answers even with my speakers on max volume. Any suggestions from you computer experts?? Thanks, Dave

Try using Quick Time.

I was on QuickTime---fooled around and reinstalled it and now it works. Thanks LiftOff

I'm using quicktime, reinstalled it, still sounds as if Brian is on drugs and under water??? Anyone knows what to do?
