"Catching the Drop"

I have tried to do this drill from NHA before but could not quite get it. It felt like was just driving my arms into the ground and my entire body was going down? I am not sure if that is right? Any tips on this drill? (I have watched the youtube and NHA but still need some more help?) Thanks.
 
Not sure if this is correct or not but...it is helping me..

I make sure I hold the angle (fold) in my right elbow in beginning the drop. Then, I pivot left and bring my right shoulder down and the arms seem to take care of themselves.

Whenever I think of dropping the arms, I get the same results as you. Try holding the fold and drop the shoulder and catch that.

(note: your arms will not ACTUALLY shoot off your body!!! :))
