Most players on tour hate hitting hooks, so they do what they can to eliminate them. You can't play good golf if your misses are hooks, because they go left and run forever. A little puff fade for a miss, though, is still in play.
I think there's some similarities to the swing that Mark Evershed talked about in his Moe Norman video, as far as motion through impact. Has anybody else seen it?
isn't it just an anti-left swing with the disadvantage of less potential distance?
