I don't know if anybody has ever experience this before, but to actually hit the golf ball without thinking about anything except the club face.
i have played tennis ever since I was little, I think tennis is actually pretty similar to golf.
If you were to hit a tennis ball with your racket, you wouldn't open the face and then close it. You would always be aware of where the center of the face on your racket, even though you might not think about it.
Golf is like the same thing. On my take away if I just think about the club face and the relation of my body turn, it works out pretty well. It works surprisingly with chipping and pitching as well, the club face center seems to be pointing to the ball while turning the body in some way, backswing and the downswing.
I'm not sure how important this is, but it has definitely helped my game by at least 6 strokes.
I wonder if it works with putting as well.
