OK, if the vague title didn't give it away, I'm going to struggle to be concise here so sorry in advance.
When I try to hit a large fade or draw I encounter a problem of feel. I really struggle to retain the usual movement of my left wrist when I've taken my grip with the face very open or closed. The feel of where the clubhead and I guess clubface are in space is.. out.
I put it down to the clubheads center of gravity(s) being in a different place than when i take my grip with the face square or slightly open/closed. Maybe my mind isn't in my hands enough, maybe improving that would help me ignore the "wrong" feeling coming from the clubhead.
Does anyone else experience this crisis of feel, what do you put it down to and how can it be overcome?
Any input welcome and appreciated.
