If you have any kind of
reverse pivot at the top of the swing, you will HAVE TO move the upper part of your spine to the right to start the downswing.
This will cause your hands to have to move well to the golfer's right at the sart of the downswing.
Because the clubhead will follow in most cases, trigger delay will be lost very early in the downswing.
If you PIVOT CORRECTLY—in my opinion—your hands will "hover" for a bit and be CARRIED TOWARD THE TARGET (and in some patterns toward the target line) somewhat by the pivot.
The "CARRYING" of the hands moves them toward the MIDDLE of the downswing ellipse, DELAYING the lining up of the left arm and wrist.
