...and how to prevent with good technique (or otherwise)...

(I know exercize and stretching will be a common answer....I'm looking more for technique....)

...

i.e. shoulder......hip.....knee (i.e. Tiger).....ankle (ME....lol...left ankle...)....elbow (right one prolly).....

OR OTHERS...

Sounds like you know from experience....?

...

My shoulder's been scarin me a bit.....left shoulder....seems like you'll never get injured until you actually do.....

My left shoulder became severly inflamed due to proper ballstriking off of matts.

No where to take a divot on a matt and the shoulder is the "end of the road" of the shock of impact.

Before that it goes through the wrist and the elbow.

I am having a lot of problems with my fingers. It looks like I will even have to have one operated on. (due to messing up my shot and hitting very fat) also from hitting out the rough, it hurts all the time now. Other fingers are becoming a problem too. I might just have to go back to picking the ball instead of taking a divot if this continues.

My right shoulder from the tip all the way across and up my neck has been killing me for the last year. I think it's because of the roundhouse move I get sometimes at the bottom of my swing.

Feels like a pinched nerve or a torn muscle hurts like he77. When it gets too bad I take some anti-inflammatories.

I don't know if this is common or not....

but since I've been focusing on flat LW/bent RW, my forearms are sore and I get numb/tingling fingers that come and go. Didn't hit for a few days (cause of rain) and it got somewhat better.

What about lower back trouble.

I suffered from that when i was only 14 largely due to the type of thinking you can see in the "This guy likes "X-Factor"" thread.
