Components of hitting up

With a driver, how much of the hitting up (i.e. positive attack angle) should be actual hitting up (if the shaft was dead stiff/straight), and how much from the shaft deflection?

At impact, the shaft is BENT, not BENDING. Shaft bend/deflection is not a factor of Attack Angle. Remember, at impact, the head acts as a "free body", and as such, may as well not even be attached to the shaft.

When the COG lines up with the shaft axis, you're looking at about +3* Dynamic Loft. But the actual amount will vary with several factors, obviously.
