Contact: Uphill lies

Why do uphill lies give me the best contact with my irons? Contact feels great, nice divot, good ball flight. Is this normal or should this tell me I need to work on something on flat lies to get the same feeling/contact?

Sidehill, uphill and downhill lies can all be used as training. People who have low point/angles issues can practice uphill or downhill lies to shallow or steepen them out. Conversely, if you have path issues sidehill lies can often force you into some good feels.

Maybe the uphill lie is keeping you behind it and shallwing you out.

Since I started working on reaching my low point, FLW and better rotating/bumping of my hips, the exact opposite has happened to me. So, I need to work more on that :) More follow through, bitte - and probably it's perfect to work on this on an upphill lie. Simply because of the bigger resistance.

Before I became aware of the fact that I didn't have good ball contact (Doh, it took ten years!) I also liked upphill lies. Smoooth scoooping and nice high ball flight. Also fitted the finish with a body leaning on the trailing leg. Bad, bad.

I know it was another problem, just wanted to mention this.
