Correct address posture wrt to shoulder

Hi

A recent problem with a rotary cuff impingement due to bad general posture (geek posture with round shoulders [scapular protraction]) got me thinking. Should the shoulders be in a neutral position at address or is it okay to have the shoulders stretched forward (protraction). To me it feels like it is impossible to take a stance without protraction but then any change feels weird. What about during the swing?
