D-Plane True Path

I try to visualize the D Plane, I read the threads, Understood Brian's explanation on his 5th show and in general I get it, but still I feel I need more examples specially from a left to right ball flight...

Where does the true path starts?
I tried to use this sky angle view to see it, I know it's not 3-d and maybe parallex affects it a bit, but hey it's better then nothing...
Ok this is 1-2 Yards left aim, basically my softfade 2-5 yards PullFade RELATIVE to the targetline,
The Yellow lines are the drawn where the shaft's adaptor moves on plane - The true Path?

The Red lines are the drawn where the shaft's adaptor moves on plane - The true Path?
Open Stance (Planeline) to Leftside of the fairway playing for a Pull Fade of 10-15 Yards RELATIVE to the target line(blueline) which is the middle of the fairway, Clubface is open -

Close Stance planeline aim 15 yard to the right side of the fairway to play a 10-15 yards Push draw RELATIVE to my target line, I'm trying to swing more on the true path and not to much inside out to the right -

If you go to a more open stance than you are used too your plane will be less in/out because you will be more open at impact (generally). So let's say you are used to swinging 5* inside/out with a 3* open face; you'd get a nice little draw.

Now all of a sudden you go from 5* inside/out to 2* inside/out but keep the same 3* open face, you'll hit a small push fade. So just keep that in mind when you are messing with changing around the angle you attack the ball, you might have to change the clubface at impact to keep the same ball flight you are used too; or not if you want it to change.
That alone help me hit 12-14 Fairways with open stance 1-2* insideout path and open clubface basically I had eliminate the leftside of the fairway, my 4-8* path became 2* with the open stance, Thanks Jim!

Great videos. The last shot Vijay hits in that clip is what Brian calls the "tour pitch". Notice that he takes hardly any divot and how quickly the ball checks up.

Manzella-eze: TRUE PATH

TRUE PATH: The 3D path of the clubhead's sweetspot during the impact interval.

Because the of the LARGE ellipse-like path of the club, this line is NEAR dead straight.

It will ONLY be represented on the ground if the "hit" was level to the ground.
:D

6 Your site is very helpful. Really it is very useful!

Hello

Ok, impact interval, around 4/10000...
True Path, downward strike, true loft, face angle and a few more data, not easy to change this during impact...but we use this knowledge(D-Plane and more) to apply the right movments/setup to get the desired result...
Is trackman that fast? Can he give us result at Impact!?

If I want to hit a draw and I AIM to the right side of the fairway my intension is a 15Yards right to left shot that ends up in the middle/leftside of the fairway, clubface aim in between leftside edge of fairway and target, my result... 10 yards fade relative to where I aimed that means 25 push fade, how can I be sure at that moment that it was path/clubface issues (maybe other factors) that send that ball to the right? I think it's defintly trial and error until you get the desired results, and without the correct true knowledge you can spend a lifetime...guessing...unless you know Manzella&his forurm...the fact that I have access to this knowledge, well it's no longer "look how I hit this ball"(like all the golfers on the range even the good ones) it's more like "where do you want this ball to go? see that 300 sign, ok now what shape, what trajectory?" and then...I hit a 25 yards slice...wait wait another one..."(the 300 sign was a push, it's more like the 200...meters)

I don't understand, you mean from angle view, from where you looking?what, how?
