Very solid stroke, i think the anser style putter helped a bit... his old center shafted putter never looked like it matched his natural stroke.

I like it! His speed control was outstanding all week, his rhythm looked great, and his stroke's components match up well. I am guessing that the way Stockton helped him was more from a mental standpoint. His routine looked a shade quicker than at Augusta, he looked more decisive. He did not change much technically, maybe his delivery speed! It does help when you are hitting as many greens as he hit, but he made some very good saves early in the 3rd and 4th rounds to retain momentum
 
He took no practice stroke, he was taking 2 at Augusta - he used to not take one when he was younger.

Higher left hand, softer hold (according to journalist) and much better looking follow through. Firmer?

The greens really suited him and he hit the easy parts of them a lot.
