Is he ultimate TGM poster child ? I watched his footwork during the tournament and it reminded me of someone else's, so I took another look at Yoda's and I see the same quiet feet. Your opinions please. By the way Brian, great work with David. Any reason he never gives you your dues ?

Actually he has in the press. When he won at Memphis a few years ago, He publicly credited a lesson the week before with Brian as the turning point in some swing issues he had been having. I think Brian has a copy of one of the articles quoting Toms saved somewhere on this site or his home page.

I love watching the rotation of Tom's left arm from impact to finish. I think he does this better than anyone in the game.

Zinger seems to love Tom's. Every week he says how Tom's hit's more irons at the pins that anyone he has ever seen.

It was published May 18, 2003 at www.courier-journal.com They only give you a summary for free:
"David Toms had gone 41 PGA Tour events without a victory. But the 2001 PGA Championship winner broke the dry spell last weekend at the Wachovia Championship in Charlotte, N.C. And after claiming the $1,008,000 first-place check, he gave credit to former teacher Brian Manzella. Manzella, who teaches in Louisville, worked with Toms for a few days in New Orleans the previous week and adjusted his swing..."
