Different Sand Types

Sand shots have not been my strength over the years but Brian's Over and Out has certainly helped. I at least now have a stock sand shot from normal, dry sand. Howver, I still struggle with unusual sand conditions. What technique/club adjustments does one make when playing out of:

1. Soft but very wet and heavy sand.
2. Hard, compacted and wet sand.
3. Dry but basically hard pan sand.

Also, I might play 25 or so different courses in a season so I typically encounter a range of textures from uber fine powdery sand to much coarser, grainy stuff. Adjustments?

i use the technique described in over and out as well. for bad lies, wet sand, and hard sand, i use the "bread and butter" technique. when the lie and sand conditions are good, i open the face. basically, if you want the club to dig, use the bread and butter. if you have a good lie and want the club to slide, open it up.
as far as different types of sand, i would think it's just practice/feel and being able to get the club to enter the sand where you are looking. maybe some else who travels a bunch could help you more.
