Very Low clubhead speed.

Now, it is my guess that this is NOT a "power issue," but is a technique issue.

What is you ball flight with a 6-iron and a Driver?

6 i cant recall off the top of my head but my driver out to maybe 200 if i hit it straight ,which happens maybe 4 ot of 10, but just got a new driver and i'm hitting it much better.

I had the same issue a while back. Shot some video and found I was flipping. Once I cured the flipping, distances went up a great deal. Next problem was slicing. Stopped that by working on moving my right shoulder downplane properly and using the twistaway.

The changes feel "funny" but I now play from the fairway while my friends are in the trees on both sides of the fairway. Since I am 47 years old and about 181 pounds, my friends tend to hit longer than I do but I am taking the advice of my dad who used to beat ALL of his friends....."It doesn't matter which club I have to hit to get it there.....as long as I get it there in the fewest strokes."

Good luck.

Video your swing and send it in.

Video killed the radio star

But it is the best thing you can do to "see" what you are doing. Homer said look, look, look. Video helps you do just that.............

Hope you fix him Brian

Will be following this thread as that is my exact problem. All long irons go the same distance. Being 67 and losing a lot of strength and flexability may be part of the problem but I play with weaker guys than me that out hit me by a bunch. I already have I think all your DVDs including Basic Pattern or Motion. Forgotten which but it is almost worn out from use.

one thing i have noticed from looking at the vid of myself is that at the top of my back swing it looks like the club head is "looping" is that normal?
