Do you adjust aiming point "back" for longer clubs

Is it advisable to adjust the aiming point behind the ball (but on the plane line) for longer clubs in order to "square" the face for seperation?

I ask because I find myself having a harder time squaring the face for long irons/woods than shorter irons.

Alternatively, should I begin to swivel from the beginning of the downswing as a means of squaring the clubs better?

Thanks

I've had that question, also.

My contact and ball flight - just everyting - is better (even with driver) if I use a "in front of ball" aiming point.
