you are asking why does fatigue to the point of being sore in the arm affect a golf swing? you know what the answer is. your problem is that your bowling ball is too heavy.

LIKE..WHAT?

Like- your body will try to avoid pain/soreness when you make your swing,
if the muscles are fatigued they will compensate.

When you want your body to do anything physical, it will do so to the best of it's ability. It will do so depending on it's physical limitations. If you are talented enough or have good enough insight into a good golf swing you can get away with more physical limitations/restrictions/weakness. If you are Ben Hogan or Tiger you can have a sore knee, restricted hips etc and still score well. They are not playing 100% of their potential but they may still have enough talent, skills etc to shoot 65.
The exact problems you may get after bowling I don't know. Bowling may not bother another golfer but if you have a "really sore" right arm then your brain will try to figure out how you can make your swing with the least irritation to the right arm. Your brain could be avoiding pain and sending you off plane thus making the club feel heavy or maybe your arm's just pooped.

or as thefuture37 said your bowling ball is too heavy
or you bowled too many games
or you need to hit the gym
or you need the Brian of bowling instruction :D:D

Think back over the round and some pattern should emerge. There's your answer.

ok..so i got back from the range and got the answer back. I guess i was really sored and i'm holding the club really tight, after i loosen my grip i'm back in the game :D

I can't see how bowling can adversely affect your golf game unless you bowl a lot. Then and again, I'm reasonably fit. In terms of technique, the closer the technique of a sport is to golf, probably the more HARM it will do to your golf swing.

Bowling is probably good for your mental game too.

Ive been bowling for 60 yrs golfing 20. There were times I played 18 holes and had to go bowling that night and found no problem. Golf is using your pivot and bowling is armswing throwing off the left leg or right if your left handed. The only thing I see that they have in common is target you line up basically the same way, pick a target in front of you,(to arrow) line it up with the target and swing at arrow....joe

I am a horrid bowler...............I never bowl, but I got beaten by a 10 year old a few weeks ago.

(I blame it on him using the 'bumpers' and being able to come in at a sharper angle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

As an aside- on my last 'up' I beared down and picked a spot to bowl the ball over........ended with three strikes in a row! :)

Big ol' Turkey bock bock bock gobble.

I will get that little bugger next time, for certain!

all u need to do to beat him is not use the thumb hole. unless you have your own ball, the two finger holes are detrimental.
