I know you have said it's a step on the left foot.............but............

.......how?

Is it done by:

-a push off the right leg (actually using the right leg muscles) shifting weight
-a hip slide (I can move my hips independently of my legs that's for sure) shifting weight
-unwinding torso ("core"/back muscles perhaps?) shifting weight
-something else
-different things for different people
