So, they've reached the 460cc limit. Do you think they will start cutting down size in the future?

New materials? As far as I can see, it's stayed pretty much constant over the last 10 years. Just variations of titanium.

Thinner face? There's a limit to that.

Higher MOI? Is there a limit on that?

Longer shafts? I doubt it.

I think equipment companies are always holding back their best stuff. Always thinking ahead about what's coming next. The technology we can buy is not the best they've got.

What do you guys think?

I think you will see more and more ways to reshape that 460cc within the new MOI standards. they've already flattened it with the Sasquatch, And then with what Cleveland has done with the HiBore. So all they can really do is try different shapes and colors in order to market new products. The shaft manufacturers are who I think will see a real boom for the next little bit.

It's all about fitting your eye and ears to drivers now as far as the head goes. It's funny how Taylor Made brings out new and so-called better models every 4 months and all the suckers come running with the cash. Might as well be burning that money. SMT has a model(deep bore 455) thats four years old and is still as long and straight as anything made period.
