Could someone please elaborate or describe Brian's "drunk off the back" pivot. Any help would be appreciated from those of you in the know. Be great to hear it from the horses...I mean Stallion's mouth as well. Thanks.

Keep your left knee INSIDE of the outside of your left foot.

How?

Try to Throw "the drunk off of your back".

???

My Next Article :)

But....Here is the 2004 New Year's Day version...

(Oh Yeah, edZ...another Brian Manzella ORIGINAL)

After you get to "SIT DOWN" on the downswing, feel like a drunk man is DRAPED over your left shoulder.

Use the ground to assist you in GETTING HIM THROWN OFF OF YOU both backward and upward and rearward.

Your legs will work correctly/your left shoulder will go UP AND BACK correctly/and you won't slide that knee out anymore.

I do recall saying that I liked that 'original' image Brian, it is a good one (as is the sweater image of Ben's, which I think was the post I mentioned it in)

I'd say it is your best image that I have heard from you to date (although the shopping cart is a close call, we'll call it a "tie" then)

GOT IT? :)

Thanks for the clarification. I read the thread before work this morning and have been trying to figure out what it means ALL day.

P.S. Congratulations, Brian. Do we call you Dr. Manzella now?
