Personally I don't have anything against a challenge, but it is the unrelenting beleaguering and nagging of a point that has been rebutted or unaccepted by some far more knowledgeable then he that is like chalk on a blackboard. njmp2 - I am inclined to agree with you that EdZ has been pushing the issue too far lately. However, it can be said that he is being goaded along. To say that anyone else is more knowlegable about this subject is not accurate either. Perhaps when looking specifically at the letter of the TGM law, EdZ doesn't match up.. but EdZ is not allowing himself to be constrained to that. It's his perogative... and it's your perogative to be antagonistic to him. But to think YOU don't have a part in his recent posts is an avoidance of the full picture.

I am by no means agree with everything Edz says, but i believe Ringer may have a point here. It takes two to tango and there has been way to many personal comments that don't have anything to do with the point. This is Brian's forum, if he has a problem with anything that is being posted let him deal with it. Everyone else should be content to say "that's not how I view it", and leave it at that. I would hope Brian would have more of a problem with your creatively spelled vocabulary than an opinion on terminology. It's a shame this forum is going to pot and to blame it totally on EdZ is wrong.

Exactly Ringer. I don't often agree with you on golf but I do here. It has been noticed by me also that njmp2 regularly hounds Edz with innane responces.
I honestly believe alot of the main problems come from njmp2 and corky. They both need to unclench their buttocks to release their bitterness IMO.

My girlfriend is American, and I know and talk to alot of people that are American and I never stated I hated America(and nor do I). I did state however I hated the illegal wars, and think very lowly of the goverment which is now in power and their policies which from my first hand experience defies Human Rights. Edz puts alot of time, effort and thought into his responses. He has strong opinions on certian subjects. He is very knowledgable. Do we agree with him all the time? No, but at least his comments are well intended (that is until his character is attacked).
Could he refain from changing the topic of the thread? Yes, but so could many others who post here.
We all love golf and want to learn more about the greatest came ever played. Lets stick to that topic and forget our petty differences which only serve to bring this forum to its knees.

you guys need to just chill and let this anger pass i remember when matthews post where horrible and all he did was disrupt every topic he posted on but for months now it seems he has really gotten into learning about tgm. he's obviously young and easily goaded into arguments, edz on the other hand just cannot lose an argument so replying to him more than once about your beleifs on a subject is a waste of time. corky and njmp2 you guys are smart enough to know this so just stop wasting your time argueing with these guys and limit your post to asking and answering questions to me this whole website is basically about brian holenone/yoda and tgm so lets try to keep on subject and not defend ourselves or placee the blame on others every time. every argument always has at least two people argueing
