Effect of upper body length on swing

I am only just 6' but have quite a long upper body (I struggle to get shirts that are long enough). I recently videoed my swing for the first time and one of the many bad things that stood out is that my arms are inside vertical at address, even though the distance between my hands and belt buckle seems enough (I check it often with outstretched fingers of my right hand, which I belive is about right). After some thinking a figured that with a long upper body the more I bend at the waist, the more my shoulders go out over the ball and end up nearer than my hands. This might also account for my tendancy to stand too upright and why my standard length clubs feel too long.

So it got me wondering, give my non-standard proportions, where should I be trying to get my body, arms & hands in the setup and which is most important (if that is a question that even has a definite answer).

Any suggestions would be gratefully received :)
